Position Highlights:

• No hospital call requirement
• DedicatedWomen’s Center floor with exam rooms and surgical suite availablefor minor procedures
• Robust in-house diagnostic testing facility
• Office based with traditional ASC and hospital venues accessible
• Full complement of support teams to assist with patient care
• Urodynamics, special testing, and robotics available

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive women’s health servicesto our community through the provision of office services andinpatient/outpatient surgical procedures
• Monday-Fridayclinic/office schedule with rounding time built into the schedule
• Full scope UroGYN practice with major and minor proceduresincluding minimally invasive surgeries with robotics What makes anOptum organization different?

Required Qualifications:

• Completion ofUrogynecology or Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive SurgeryFellowship
• Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery boardcertified or board eligible
• Active and unrestricted licensure inthe state of New York or ability to obtain prior to start
• Activeand unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to startThe salary range for this role is $278,500 to $484,500 annuallybased on full-time employment.

Salary Range is defined as totalcash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of baseand bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to locallabor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
