Monday
- Friday, 8 am
- 4 pm schedule
- no call, no weekends
11 - 13 patients per day with 3
- 6 daily admissions/discharges
Adult inpatient psychiatric unit with consult service responsibilities
Full-time internist manages all medical care for psychiatric patients
Works alongside 3 other attending physicians
Strong emphasis on team collaboration with nursing and social work staff
Coverage needed due to staffing transitions
Comfortable managing acutely ill patients and severe mental illness required
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
