Qualifications
MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.
Fellowship trained in Head and Neck Oncologic Surgery
Commitment to clinical excellence, teaching, and scholarly activity.
Research is strongly encouraged and protected research time and resources are available for candidates seeking a career as a clinician-scientist
Microvascular and Reconstructive training are preferred
Compensation and Benefits
URMC offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
Expected salary range: 250k – 500k
Individual salaries will be determined within the job’s salary range and established based on (but not limited to) market data, experience and expertise of the individual, and with consideration to related position salaries
