7-day block scheduling with flexible start days
Inpatient census of 5
- 10 patients
Hospital-based practice
3 - 4 half-day clinics per week
Inpatient rounding and call during weekdays
Weekend call coverage - inpatient only
Coverage needed one week per month
Outpatient and inpatient pediatric nephrology services
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
