Must be willing to work 2 weeks per month
8 – 12 patients per day in clinic, 1 – 5 new consults per day
Mix of hematology (50%) cases and oncology (50%) cases
Credentialing needed
DEA needed
Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
Assignment details and time entry in online portal
