Job Description
Seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician who is intrinsically motivated to provide excellent care to older adults in Brooklyn, NY.
Position Highlights:
Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM•5:00 PMBilingual Spanish preferred but not required
Preferred Qualifications:
Fellowship training in GeriatricsExperience practicing medicine among Geriatric populationsExperience operating in a Value-Based Healthcare ModelExperience in outpatient primary care settingsHighly qualified candidates may also be considered for a Center Medical Director positionDeliver higher quality health and wellness care that improves outcomes, manages medical costs and provides an unmatched experience for adults on Medicare in medically underserved communities
