THE

POSITION

St. Lawrence Health is looking for full-time Anesthesiologists to join our team of dedicated providers!
The ideal candidate will be BE within 5 years ofpleting residency or BC in Anesthesiology.
Will perform anesthesia on all ages.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
Comfortable with obstetric anesthesia
Comfortable placing central lines

• particularly for use in the ICU
  Will occasionally be called to assist with airway management in the ED and ICU
  Standard OR procedures to include thoracic anesthesia (no hearts, vascular, heads, spines, sick kids)
  Comfortable with basic regional procedures
  Regular OR hours are 7:30am
• 3:30pm.

Main site runs 7 rooms per day: 4 in the main OR and 3 in the Leroy Outpatient Center.
Occasional requirement to provide services at two additional locations.
Possibility of medical directorship at one of the additional locations.
1:5 call.

SU-FR CRNA

takes primary call and Anesthesiologist is back-up. Saturday Anesthesiologist is on primary call and CRNA is back-up.

Full-Time Base Pay Range:

$550,000

• 600,000
• Sign on bonus

Pay Summary:

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full-time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional payponents. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
In addition to the base pay range, certain provider positions may be eligible for variablepensation in accordance with health system pay practices.

This may include:

productivity and/or value-based clinical incentives, bonuspensation, or other forms of variable pay.

• Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly; requires occasional walking, standing or squatting.
