This role is perfect for a driven and skilledsurgeon looking to make an impact in a high-performing,patient-first practice with a strong surgical team and resources tosupport an incoming surgeon.

Duties:

Consultations with patients (Plastic andReconstructive surgery focused) Perform surgery and medspatreatments (Botox, fillers, etc.) Deliver consistently excellentsurgical and non-surgical results with compassionate patient care.

Actively contribute to practice growth via social media, seminars(at least biannually), and networking with referring physicians.

Educate the internal team on body procedures and patient journeysto enhance communication and advocacy. Explore and present newinnovations in aesthetic body surgery. Help develop a growingportfolio of before-and-after results showcasing body work.

Coordinate care with the patient care coordinator and MA support.

Requirements:

Board-certified (or board-eligible) Plastic Surgeonwith valid NY licensure. Special interest and experience in bodyprocedures such as liposuction, abdominoplasty, body lifts, etc.

Salary:

From $350,000.00 per year (productivity-based compensationmodel with uncapped, high earnings potential)

Schedule:

Full time(Mon-Friday)
