Advanced Practice Clinicians Primary Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage a complete continuum of high-quality care withinthe care team
• Treat chronic diseases and disorders
• Reviewspatient file/record, including allergies, problems, medications,and immunization status
• Elicits and records information aboutpatient’s medical history
• Orders or executes various tests,analyses, and diagnostic images to provide information on patient’scondition

RequiredQualifications:

• Unrestricted licensure in the state of New Yorkor has New York application in process
• Residency trained andBoard Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine and/orInternal Medicine
• Active and unrestricted DEA License or abilityto obtain prior to start

New York Residents Only:

The salary rangefor this role is $229,500 to $378,000 per year. Salary Range isdefined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range andpay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience andmetric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including butnot limited to local labor markets, education, work experience,certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimumwage laws as applicable.
