Daytime only position
Provide clinical and administrative leadership for Guthrie RPH Hospitalist program
7 on / 7 off Ensure staffing of all shifts with 24/7 coverage
3-5 years’ Hospitalist experience in complex medical center preferred
0.8 Clinical / 0.2 Administrative $313,500+ annual compensation 1 Week PTO Closed ICU at Level I Trauma Center EPIC electronic health system integrated throughout Guthrie’s network Paid relocation and starting bonus Work-Life Balance

A 254-bed tertiary care referral center, Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital, Sayre, PA, has received numerous national awards for the high-quality care it provides to patients. The hospital is the region’s only Level I Trauma Center, accredited by the Pennsylvania Trauma Systems Foundation, and is served by Guthrie Air, a regional aeromedical helicopter program.
