Job Description
DO candidates are preferred, but will also consider MDs. Provider will be seeing all ages The selected candidate will join a group of experienced Family Medicine physicians and Nurse Practitioners. 15 exam rooms; 3 per doc Medical and Administrative support: 1 PT physician who does 3 days/week; 3 NPs, 2 FT physicians + MAs assigned to them Enjoy a traditional outpatient practice (no rounding, no nursing homes) caring for the adult population with concentration of preventative and episodic medicine. Equitable call (1:4 weekday/weekend) 18 patients/day ACO clinical wraparound support services In-network specialist referral Point of care lab on site

Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
