Orthopedic Surgeon 2.6 2.6 out of 5 stars State College, PA 16801 Position Overview University Orthopedics Center (UOC), an established and expanding independent orthopedic practice, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Pennsylvania. Fellowship training and an interest in general orthopedics, sports medicine, or adult total joint reconstruction are preferred. This is a high-opportunity position for a motivated surgeon ready to build a thriving practice within a supportive, physician-led group. About UOC Founded in 1991 in State College, PA, UOC is the region’s leading provider of orthopedic care. Our team of 20 specialized physicians offers comprehensive services—from diagnostics to rehabilitation—for both acute injuries and chronic/degenerative orthopedic conditions. We operate two full-service facilities in State College and Altoona, featuring: A dedicated Hand Center and Spine Institute Same-day joint replacement services Surgical and non-surgical treatment for all major joints and spine areas Additionally, UOC provides care through satellite offices in Bedford, Dubois, Roaring Spring, and Reedsville.
