Advanced Practice Provider – ICU (Night Shift)

Position Highlights Patient Load:

CTICU census of 6-10, management of cardiac surgery patients, stat consults, and ER admissions to cardiac surgery

No Outpatient Call:

Focus entirely on inpatient care and critical interventions

Procedural Skill Utilization:

Central and arterial line cannulation, ventilator management, airway management, and point-of-care ultrasound preferred

Clinical Leadership:

Identify and drive opportunities for innovation in care delivery and workflow improvement

Support Network:

Full specialty support and seamless care coordination through system-wide

EPIC EMR

What We’re Looking For Qualifications:

CRNP (ACNP, ACNPC-AG, or AGACNP certified) or Physician Assistant 2+ years of critical care experience required – Management of cardiac surgery post-op management required Current ACLS certification Clinical confidence, autonomy, and the ability to manage rapidly changing patient needs Passion for high-quality, compassionate care in a collaborative, team-oriented setting What We Offer Competitive Compensation Package Commencement Bonus +
