Overview:

Join the hospitalist team at Chestnut Hill Hospital, part of Temple Health, as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP). This role offers flexibility with scheduling, allowing you to balance your work and personal life while providing exceptional care to hospitalized patients in a community-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

Conduct daily rounds, collaborating with physicians and specialists Provide comprehensive care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning Perform necessary procedures within the scope of practice, with physician support as needed Document patient progress and care in

EPIC EMR

Communicate effectively with patients and families about care plans Flexible scheduling with 15 shifts per month (12-hour shifts)

Qualifications:

Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in Pennsylvania Hospitalist or inpatient care experience preferred Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills Knowledge of

EPIC EMR

is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
