Multispecialty Group Practice with over 220 Primary Care & Specialty Physicians in 30+ specialties No procedures required with well-trained PA/CRNPs supporting throughout shifts and with discharges 7 on 7 off block schedule mix of days and nights, 100% nocturnist, or day shifts available (182- 12-hour shifts annually) Tiered Annual Salary based on years of experience; Quality Bonus 10% of base Extra shift pay (shifts beyond 182 annually) Incentives may include commencement bonus, relocation assistance, and night shift incentives Comprehensive benefits package including paid malpractice with tail coverage, 401K with Employer matched contribution, and continuing medical education funds Board Certification required
