WellSpan Health is seeking a Family Physician who is passionate about serving the vulnerable and eclectic patient population in York, Pennsylvania
Position Highlights:
Join 4 physicians and 2 APPs in this diverse, welcoming practice.
We provide gender affirming care, medication assisted treatment, and work closely with two assigned social workers,
We have a behaviorist on site to serve as a bridge into behavioral health services.
We are a patient centered medical home.
Spanish speaking physician preferred
Nurse triage takes first call for this practice
