Thepractice has been in Aiken for eight years and currently has asingle physician; additional staff includes two MAs and frontoffice personnel. There is a strong need for primary care in theAiken area, so a new physician can expect to build a practicequickly. The practice is busy, averaging 20 to 25 patients per dayin one office location, and offers a traditional mix ofoffice-based and inpatient care. The practice has a significantvolume of elderly patients, so previous experience with the elderlyis a plus. Ideal candidates will be BC/BE and interested in growingan established practice in a vibrant community. Compensation isvery competitive and includes a base salary, benefits and otherincentives.
