Endocrinology in West Virginia A hospital in West Virginia isseeking an endocrinologist to fulfill a growing need. There arecurrently 2 endos in the community who do outpatient only, and havelong wait lists for new patients. The hospital needs anendocrinologist who can also provide consults for inpatients.
Practice and hospital call would be 1:3. The new physician wouldhave an opportunity to develop a relationship with the other 2endocrinologists. Office hours are standard Monday through Fridaywith some flexibility. The expected volume is 20+ patients per day.
This would include performing a mix of IM and endocrinologyconsults throughout the day. This position comes with a strongfinancial package, including a sign on bonus, production bonuses,and more.
