River Region Psychiatry Associates is seeking aboard-certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to providecompassionate, high-quality care in both inpatient and outpatientsettings. This position involves working with adolescent (ages13-18), adult, and geriatric patients, with a focus on youth in our12-bed adolescent unit. Our facility, a 60 bed free standing unitin Charleston, SC also offers Partial Hospitalization (PHP) andIntensive Outpatient Programs (IOP).
Responsibilities:
Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, andtreatment planning for adolescent, adult, and geriatricpatients Deliver both inpatient and outpatient care in a collaborativeenvironment Offer clinical supervision to a team of mid-levelproviders Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to supportintegrated patient care Participate in call rotation with 1 weekend per month,including rounding Ensure compliance with documentation and carestandards
Requirements:
Board Certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Valid medical license in the state of South Carolina Experience in inpatient and outpatient psychiatry, particularlywith adolescent populations Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-basedsetting •All final candidates will be background and drug screened.
