The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) is looking for aboard certified or eligible Lead Pediatric Urologist to join ourteam in Coastal Charleston, SC. MUSC is the premier tertiaryreferral center and academic teaching hospital in South Carolina.

This opportunity is located in a major academic medical center thatserves a diverse population of patients from a large geographicarea. Transforming fetal, women s and children s care for the region, in2020 MUSC Children s Health opened the Shawn Jenkins Children sHospital a 100,000 square foot, 250-bed, state-of-the-art building.

Along with our nationally ranked clinical care is MUSC s majorpediatric clinical research center, the Charles P. Darby ResearchInstitute, enabling us to continually imagine what s possibletoday, tomorrow and beyond. The MUSC Children s R. Keith Summey Medical Pavilion offerscomprehensive specialty clinics, outpatient surgery, diagnosticimaging, infusion procedures, and support services such as lab andpharmacy, and urgent care in one convenient location. Thispediatric dedicated medical pavilion and ambulatory surgery centerhas been designed exclusively for children and offers hassle-freeparking, easy access from major roadways and convenient bus transitservice. Pediatric Urology operates as a part of MUSC s Department ofUrology and in collaboration of all pediatric dedicated providersas a part of MUSC Children s Health. Pediatric Urology and offers acomprehensive selection of services, including pre-natalconsultations, inpatient and outpatient consultation services, andsurgical procedures. Our Urology Residency Program includes 15residents and 2 fellows.

Ideal Candidates:

Candidates must have completed a Medical Doctorate, urologyresidency, and subsequent fellowship Candidates must be Pediatric Subspecialty certified by theAmerican Board of Urology Minimum 5 years experience as a Pediatric Urologist Proven track record of Leadership with the desire to grow andlead an exceptional program Interested in
