• Preferred but not required

Dates of Coverage:

2 weeks in December (doesn’t matter which 2) 12/1/24 (7 pm)

• 12/9/24 (7a) 12/9/24 (7a)
• 12/16/24 (7a) 12/23/24 (7a)
• 12/30/24 (7a) 1/13/25 (7am)
• 1/20/25 (7a)

Required Certifications & Licensure:

Active SC License Board certification Valid
