Job Description
Seeking Medical Director to lead Pediatric Inpatient/Intensive Care Unit in Summerville, SC! Flexible week on/week off schedule, less than an hour from Charleston, SC! Start date and relocation bonuses, totaling $50K! Envision Physician Services has an opportunity for a Board Certified Pediatric Intensivist to lead our inpatient pediatric and pediatric critical care practice at Summerville Medical Center (SMC) in Summerville, SC. Summerville Medical Center is home to the busiest Pediatric Emergency Room in South Carolina (over 19k encounters in 2024) and is staffed with Peds EM trained physicians. Pediatric subspecialty support includes onsite Pediatric Surgery, GI, ENT, and Anesthesia, with telemedicine coverage for obtaining echocardiograms and performing brief EEGs. The hospital is developing a comprehensive Women’s and Children’s service line.
