ResponsibilitiesPediatrix is seeking a BC/BE Pediatric Hospitalist to join our team at McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence, SC.The hospital is a 461-bed facility offering specialized services including heart and vascular, cancer, surgery, orthopedics, women’s and children’s health, among others.
The group handles a variety of clinical conditions and has pediatric sub-specialty support, including neonatologists and pediatric intensivists.
Pediatric Hospitalist Responsibilities:
Admissions and management of pediatric patients on the hospital floorProviding coverage for the 20-bed pediatric unitEducating residents on the pediatric floorShared call duties with another hospitalist to promote work/life balanceNew graduates are encouraged to applyAbout the AreaFlorence, SC, known as “A City of Character,” offers rich history, southern charm, and outdoor recreational opportunities year-round.
