Seeking a General Internal Medicine or Family Medicine trainedphysician to provide equitable and effective value-based healthcareservices to a well-established primary care practice in Columbia,MO. We are seeking an ambulatory clinic physician who is motivatedto provide exceptional care to our adult population; exposure topediatrics is historically minimal. New graduates are encouraged toapply.
Position Expectations/Description:
Assess, diagnose, treat and administer primary care servicesfor our patient population Maintain accurate patient medical record data and documentationvia Meditech Expanse Collaborate with the medical group specialists, hospitalproviders and health system leadership to coordinate care and meetkey quality metrics as it relates to population health. Access to full service, hospital affiliated clinic withexcellent patient mix, including comprehensive lab, imaging andtherapy services on-site. See 16 to 20 patients per day as a full-time provider with ahalf day protected as administrative time. Monday through Friday schedule with holidays off; minimal callresponsibilities shared amongst eight additional providers
