- Ability to customize practice/schedule (e.g., can spend a3rd day in the lab or spend this day at the University pursuingacademic interests)
- Academic appointment commensurate withexperience/interest
- Turn-key practice with reasonable call-Renovated/expanded endoscopy dept. with new equipment
- Option toteach family medicine residents and medical students
