Tennessee Oncology isrecruiting a partner-track BE/BC Radiation Oncologist for ourMurfreesboro market due to the expansion of our physician-ownedcenters and an upcoming retirement. Tennessee Oncology is thelargest provider of Oncology Services in Tennessee, and theRadiation Oncology division services both hospital-based andfreestanding sites with a mix of professional service agreementsand technical ownership. Murfreesboro, located around 35 milessoutheast of Nashville, is the largest suburb of Nashville and thefastest-growing city in Tennessee with a population of 165K.Partnertrack Physicians undergo a 3-year employment period with agraduated salary increase and benefits, and are considered forpartnership at the end of their employment period by vote of themembership. There is no buy-in for maturation to partnership and notiered partnership.
While all jobs in our practice are primarilyclinical, the size and scale of our practice provide opportunitiesfor non-clinical work including research, business development, andexposure to Nashville s oncology startup environment. With almost30 Radiation Oncologists and 80 Medical Oncologists, the breadth ofservices offered by Tennessee Oncology is unique in the privatepractice space offering standard of care therapies, clinicaltrials, and access to technology such as Protons, Cellular Therapy,and Radioligand Therapy.
