We are a tightly knit, well-established team of eightphysicians, one advanced practice provider (APP), and theinvaluable support of a clinical performance nurse at WestTennessee Healthcare Dyersburg Hospital. Our team meets monthly to review performance metrics, addressgroup matters, and collaborate on solutions to improve patientcare. Work alongside a dedicated, high-performing team supported by aclinical performance nurse, with access to resources that fosterindividual and team success.

We value work-life balance, with the option for a flexibleschedule and a commitment to covering for one another when a teammember is on leave. Our standard rotation is seven days on andseven days off, spanning Monday through Sunday.
KeyResponsibilities:
Provide high-quality care through a daily rounding modelinvolving three providers, with an average patient census of 12-15per provider. On-call periods include admissions ranging from zeroto a maximum of four to five patients. Work closely with a multidisciplinary team that includescardiology, pulmonology, nephrology, general surgery, urology, GI,endocrinology, orthopedics, and wound care specialists. Collaboratewith a dedicated nocturnist for 7p-7a coverage and work alongsideadvanced practice providers (APPs) from Bethel University tocontribute to teaching and expanding educational services. Engage in challenging cases within an open ICU setting, whereour diverse services-such as interventional cardiology,pulmonology, and nephrology-support comprehensive patientcare.
