Key Responsibilities:
Tennessee Oncology is looking for a full-time outpatient PalliativeCare Physician to provide specialized care for patients facingcancer and serious illness. This role involves working closely withour oncology team to ensure comprehensive symptom management,psychosocial support, and care coordination. Provide high-quality outpatient palliative care for oncologypatients Collaborate with oncologists and other healthcare professionalsto develop and implement patient-centered care plans Conduct thorough assessments and manage complex symptomsassociated with cancer and its treatment Facilitate communication between patients, families, and thehealthcare team to ensure alignment of goals of care Educate patients and families about palliative care options andadvance care planning Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and casediscussions Provider supervision and teaching to Palliative nursepractitioners on our team Engage in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to thedevelopment of palliative care programs About the Practice andtheir
