Job Description
A leading pediatric medical center in Knoxville, Tennessee, is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrician to join a collaborative and multidisciplinary team. About the Practice and Community 152-bed, comprehensive regional pediatric medical center serving families from Tennessee, Kentucky, and Virginia. Over 100 pediatric subspecialists and a full spectrum of pediatric services, including a busy emergency department, pediatric care unit, NICU, inpatient service, and outpatient clinics. The center manages approximately 150,000 patient visits annually, providing care to a diverse and vibrant community. Position Highlights Join a dynamic team of medical and mental health professionals dedicated to integrating developmental and behavioral care into all aspects of pediatric and adolescent health. Provide clinical services to evaluate and manage a wide range of developmental and behavioral challenges, including learning disorders, habit and regulatory disorders, ADHD, developmental disabilities, and complications from chronic illnesses and disabling conditions. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary colleagues in a supportive, collegial environment. Opportunities to participate in the development of future residency programs and contribute to the education of the next generation of pediatricians. Ideal Candidate Board-eligible or board-certified in Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics. Strong clinical and communication skills, with a passion for working with both typical and medically complex children.
