COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Medical Oncology (ONC) Base SalaryGuarantee wRVU Production Multiple physicians in the practice wellover the 90th% of wRVU production ( $877,000 MGMA 90th percentile )$10K Relocation & Up to $30K Sign On Comprehensive Benefits Packageincluding 5% Retirement Matching Relocation, Malpractice Insurance,Health, Dental, Vision, PTO, etc. Retirement (403b with match andoptional 457b)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS

MedicalOncology (ONC) Employed Opportunity Office call: physicians take atnight (weekly rotation) 1 week per month.

Weekend hospital call:

7-8 weekends per year Radiation oncology physicians on-site Tumorboards with of a multitude of specialties available Full supportstaff for each physician to include MA and RN Research affiliationwith Vanderbilt Ingram Cancer Center – numerous clinicaltrials/care available within the health system

REQUIREMENTS

MedicalOncology (ONC) Must have an M.D. or D.O. Fellowship trained andBoard Eligible or Board Certified in Hem. Onc. Must have or be ableto attain a TN Medical License
