AboutAscension Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital With 407 beds, thisregional referral center features a modern facility built in 2010and a newly-renovated 16 operating room suite The hospital is centrally located in the fastest growing county inthe state of Tennessee on a beautiful 68-acre campus on thebustling “Medical Center Parkway” corridor with convenient accessto dining and shopping areas. The hospital campus is currently undergoing a $110 expansionproject, which includes the addition of 36 new high acuity beds, aparking garage dedicated to hospital employees and physicians, 18new critical care unit beds, six additional NICU bassinets, 17 newpost-surgery bays.
