- Seeking a Board-Certified FM or IM or Geriatric MedicinePhysician
- Outpatient responsibilities only
- Full-time permanent position
- Monday ” Friday
- No nights, no weekends
- Small patient panels for consistency and focus
- 12-15 patients per day
- Value-based care model and competitive bonuses are structured toreward outcomes
- Provide personalized primary care for older adults on Medicare,with the goal of keeping patients healthy and living life to thefullest
- Salary and Benefits
- Above-market compensation
- Base salary (without R.V.U. targets)
- Quarterly bonus based on qualitymetrics(not quantity)
