A leading healthcare system in a major Tennessee metro area is hiring a Pulmonary & Critical Care physician to join a dynamic, academically minded team at a high-acuity center with 100 ICU beds across specialized units. This is a rare opportunity to design your ideal practice , whether you prefer: Intensivist-only Office-leaning Nocturnist Or incorporating niche interests (sleep medicine, ILD, PH, etc.)

Shift-based model with strong earning potential
Average:
~$575,000 High earners: $700,000
- 800,000 Full benefits package
