Administrion of regional anesthesia including:

spinal, epidural, and peripheral nerve blocks. Placement of arterial cheters and interpretion of arterial pressures and wave forms. Placement of pulmonary artery cheters and interpretion of pressures/wave forms Management of ventilor dependent pients and one lung ventilion. Supervision of CRNA staff, physician residents, and medical students in the comprehensive medical management of pients care. Expertise in the following anesthesia core requirements: assessing, consulting and preparing pients for anesthesia; rendering pients insensible to pain during surgical, therapeutic and diagnostic procedures. Monitoring and restoring homeostasis in perioperive and critically ill pients, diagnosing and treing painful syndromes.
