Familiarity with EMR systems (Point Click Care & Epic)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide quality patient care in a nursing home setting Manage admissions, discharges, and acute evaluations Conduct 30-day evaluations for residents Collaborate with APPs, MDs, and nursing staff Participate in on-call duties as needed
