Northern New England’s largest federally qualified health center (FQHC) seeks a Primary Care physician (MD or DO) to join their outstanding primary care team. With five patient-centered medical home sites serving 80% of the region’s primary care needs, this health center plays a vital role in delivering high-quality, accessible, and equitable care across central Vermont. You will enjoy a 4-day work week with flexible hours and minimal triage-only call shared across the system. This is an outpatient-only, all-ages primary care role supported by a collaborative team that includes experienced clinicians, nursing staff, and embedded behavioral health professionals. Integrated case management and panel support systems will help you focus on caring for your patients. This practice has a fully integrated EMR, and strong ties with Vermont’s second largest hospital, also in Rutland, for inpatient care and specialty referrals.
