No Physician Employment Contract and no significant restriction on moonlighting Duties include, but are not limited to: Ability to diagnose and tre all of the common orthopedic surgical conditions, including surgical and non-surgical trement of diseases and injuries to the musculoskeletal system. Expected to participe in call schedule after hours and will need to possess the ability to respond promptly in emergent situions. Responsible for seeing pients in consultion in both inpient and outpient settings. Provides care of the Veterans’ medical needs by performing examinion, surgical consultion, and developing trement and follow-up plans. Provide ongoing pient and family educion throughout the course of trement. Adhere to policies and procedures regarding the completion of all required orders, operion/procedure notes/reports, discharge summaries, progress notes, clinical reminders, all other required medical documention, and performance measures in a timely fashion. Ensure the most effective delivery of care, while meeting and exceeding compliance, Joint Commission and VA Central Office performance measure standards. Mentor, train and provide supervision for residents and mid-levels in all aspects of their duties as required.

Work Schedule:

Part-Time; 20 hours per week.

Tour of duty:

Monday & Thursday, 7:30 a.m.- 5:00 p.m., but other options may be negotiable/subject to change.
