JobDescription:
As a Telemedicine Endocrinologist on a PRN basis, youwill be responsible for providing remote endocrinologyconsultations to patients via telehealth platforms. This positionoffers the flexibility to work from any location with a secureinternet connection, and compensation is provided on the same dayas the consultation.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality remote care in endocrinology to patientsvia video calls, phone consultations, and/or electronicmessaging. Diagnose and manage a variety of endocrine conditions such asdiabetes, thyroid disorders, metabolic syndrome, and others. Interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and providefollow-up recommendations. Collaborate with primary care providers and other specialiststo ensure comprehensive care. Document all patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes incompliance with HIPAA regulations and organizationalprotocols. Stay updated with the latest advancements in endocrinology andtelehealth.
Requirements:
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Board Certified/Eligible in Endocrinology. Valid state medical license and DEA certification. Excellent communication skills and comfort with digital healthtechnologies. Prior experience in telehealth is preferred but not required.
