Position Overview Were looking for a dedicated and licensed School Psychologist to join our fully remote team, providing vital support to K12 students across Alabama . This work-from-home opportunity allows you to positively influence students academic, emotional, and behavioral growth. Youll partner closely with educators, families, and school staff to deliver comprehensive psychological services through a secure teletherapy platform. Key Responsibilities Perform virtual psychoeducational assessments to assess students cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs. Support the development and implementation of individualized IEPs and 504 Plans. Provide teletherapy counseling and mental health services to students facing academic and social challenges. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to design and adjust intervention plans. Monitor student progress and analyze data to inform and modify support strategies. Participate in virtual IEP meetings, offering expert recommendations and professional insights. Qualifications Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology. Active and valid Alabama certification/licensure as a School Psychologist. Preferred minimum of two years of experience in a school-based setting. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and virtual assessment tools is an advantage. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Technology Requirements Reliable high-speed internet connection. Desktop or laptop computer (tablets and Chromebooks are not supported). Successful completion of a technical screening to ensure platform compatibility.
