Category Schools – School Psychologist Job Type Contract To Hire Position Overview We’re looking for a dedicated and licensed School Psychologist to join our virtual team and provide support to K-12 students throughout Florida . This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while making a positive impact on students’ academic, emotional, and behavioral growth. As part of a collaborative online team, you’ll work closely with educators, families, and school staff to deliver comprehensive psychological services using a secure teletherapy platform. Key Responsibilities Conduct virtual psychoeducational evaluations to assess students’ cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs. Support the creation and implementation of IEPs and 504 Plans tailored to each student. Provide teletherapy-based counseling and mental health support to students facing academic and social challenges. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop effective intervention strategies. Monitor and analyze student progress to inform adjustments in support plans. Participate in virtual IEP meetings, offering professional insights and recommendations. Qualifications Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology. Valid and active Florida certification/licensure as a School Psychologist. At least two years of experience working in a school-based setting preferred. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and virtual assessment tools is desirable. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Technology Requirements Reliable, high-speed internet connection. Desktop or laptop computer (tablets and Chromebooks are not supported). Successful completion of a technical screening to ensure platform compatibility.
