Growth opportunities Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) (BCaBA) are paraprofessionals who works directly with children with autism in their natural environments.
Responsibilities include:
implement 1:1 behavior reductions interventions based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
Work with clients in an array of settings including schools, homes, and in the community.
Develops and Implements client’s individualized treatment plan which includes collecting data, implementing skill acquisition goals, as well as behavior reduction protocols.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Provide ongoing parent training based on the principals of Applied Behavior Analysis.
Provide ongoing training and supervision to registered behavior technicians.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Support the treatment plan by modeling programming to families.
Participate in team meetings.
Adhere to the policies and procedures of the organization.
