Full or Part-Time Clinicians Position Available In Marion, Florida

Job Description:

The ITM Group is a for-profit provider of behavioral healthservices based out of North Central Florida. We have more thanthirty years of providing specialized treatment for court-orderedindividuals in the community, as well as, at locked facilities, andoverlay programs. The program is currently looking to hirequalified full or part-time clinicians in several of our locationsincluding Ocala, Tavares, Lake City, and Holder locations. Wepresently offer treatment for mental health and adults with sexualbehavior problems in more than 15 separate locations and areseeking experienced Florida licensed therapists in severallocations to fill vacancies.

Position Description:

The primaryresponsibilities will include providing group counseling,individual sessions, and various forensic assessments for assignedclientele. The position will also be responsible for treatment plandevelopment, consultation with referring agencies, and the timelysubmission of required reports (assessments, monthly progressreports, terminations, etc.) All clinical staff members areexpected to attend semi-annual staff meetings and participate inroutine monitoring opportunities, including ongoing clinicaloversight.

Minimum qualifications:

2 years of relevant experiencewith either juvenile or adult sex offender population Master’sDegree or higher in Behavioral Health field Florida Department ofHealth License will be required, but license eligible applicantscan be considered pending anticipated licensing in Florida Be aclinical member of ATSA or meet the requirements for a clinicalassociate member(only for SO treatment) Excellent verbal andwritten skills Ability to work independently or in a group setting(team player) Strong work ethic and organizational skillsCommitment to performing quality services as a clinician and asrequested in the community (trainings) Flexibility with work hours- generally between 10:00 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. The ITM Group hastypically provided services under 1099 subcontractor agreements buthas several options for employee positions for some locationsdependent upon the opportunity/desire for involvement by theindividual. The employee status has provisions for health careassistance, paid vacation, and holidays.
