The Primary Purpose and Function Under the direction of the Clinical Director, the psychologist performs job duties that include case management, initial psycho-social assessments, treatment planning and discharge planning for behavioral health patients. The Psychologist is responsible for attending all treatment team meetings and managing care of an active caseload and/or performing group. All other job duties as assigned by Clinical Director of the program. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy to clients Conduct psychological assessments and develop treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Supervise and mentor psychology interns, providing regular feedback and evaluations Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client progress Fully understand and maintain policies regarding professional ethics, including appropriate boundaries and patient confidentiality, monitor documents according to company and HIPAA policies. Professionally, ethically, and compassionately relates to clients, families, referral sources and staff always.

Qualifications:

Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology Active and unrestricted license to practice as a psychologist in Florida Approved supervisor status (or eligibility) in accordance with state licensing board regulations Minimum 2 years post-licensure clinical experience preferred Experience in clinical supervision or training is highly desirable Strong communication and interpersonal skills Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Supportive, collaborative work environment
