D.) – Pediatric and Adult Diagnostic Evaluations Progressive Medical Center Inc Miami, FL 33186 Job Summary Progressive Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.

D.) to join our dynamic mental health team in Miami, FL. In this role, you will specialize in conducting Comprehensive Diagnostic Evaluations (CDEs) for children, adolescents, and adults presenting with developmental, behavioral, and emotional concerns. The ideal candidate will have experience administering clinical interviews, utilizing standardized assessment tools, and preparing detailed diagnostic reports in accordance with

DSM-5-TR

criteria. You will play a key role in helping our patients access critical services such as ABA therapy, psychiatric care, and behavioral health interventions. Duties and Responsibilities Conduct psychiatric diagnostic evaluations (CPT 90791) for new patients. Administer, score, and interpret developmental and psychological assessments (Vineland-3, BASC-3, ADOS-2, Conners 3, GARS-3) as applicable. Prepare comprehensive diagnostic reports supporting medical necessity for ABA services, psychotherapy, or psychiatric care. Diagnose Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, PTSD, and other behavioral conditions in accordance with

DSM-5-TR

standards. Collaborate with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, therapists, and case managers as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team. Ensure documentation and reports meet Medicaid, and private insurance standards. Participate in team meetings and clinical case reviews when required. Maintain HIPAA compliance and ethical standards consistent with state licensure and Progressive Medical Center policies. Qualifications Doctorate in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.

D.) from an APA-accredited program. Active and unrestricted Licensed Psychologist license in the state of Florida (required). Demonstrated experience in diagnostic evaluations for autism, developmental delays, ADHD , and emotional/behavioral disorders. Proficiency in administering and interpreting standardized assessments (Vineland-3, BASC-3, ADOS-2, etc.). Strong clinical writing and diagnostic formulation skills. CAQH profile preferred (or willingness to complete upon hire). Experience working with Medicaid, managed care organizations, and familiarity with prior authorization processes preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
