- aligned with your personal and clinical goals Your Role at a Glance As a core member of the interdisciplinary care team, you will:
- Conduct psychological assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for patients facing complex medical diagnoses (e.g., stroke, spinal cord injury, amputation, cancer)
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, therapists, and case managers to support discharge planning and recovery outcomes
- Participate in team rounds and offer guidance on emotional, behavioral, and cognitive considerations
- Maintain timely, compliant clinical documentation within EMR systems Ideal Candidate Profile
- PhD or PsyD from an APA-accredited program in Clinical, Counseling, or Health Psychology
- Completion of APA-accredited internship (preference for medical/rehab focus)
- Licensed or license-eligible in the state of Florida
- Demonstrated experience (or strong interest) in integrated care settings
- Familiarity with CBT, ACT, MI, and interventions for neurological/medical populations
