The ideal candidate will bring expertise in assessing and treating individuals with cognitive impairments, traumatic brain injury (TBI), and dementia-related conditions. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about improving the quality of life for patients facing neurological and cognitive challenges. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations for patients referred by neurology providers. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans grounded in clinical findings and neurological context. Provide evidence-based therapy and counseling services to patients and families, with emphasis on conditions such as PTSD, developmental disabilities, and neurocognitive disorders. Maintain clear and compliant documentation in alignment with medical, legal, and ethical standards. Collaborate closely with neurologists, nurse practitioners, physical therapists, and other members of the care team to ensure integrated patient care. Contribute to clinical research initiatives aimed at enhancing neuropsychological services and neurological care delivery. Educate patients and their families about neurological and mental health conditions, treatment options, prognosis, and coping strategies. Remain current with evolving practices in neuropsychology, medical terminology, neuroanatomy, and evidence-based interventions Qualifications Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology from an accredited program. Completion of 2 year postdoctoral fellowship in Neuropsychology. Licensed or license-eligible as a Neuropsychologist in Florida. Board certification or eligibility in Clinical Neuropsychology (ABPP-CN) is preferred but not required. Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in neuropsychological assessment is preferred Proficiency in cognitive, psychological, and personality assessments.
