positions in Griffin, Georgia Seeking individual to work with individuals that are diagnosed with SPMI, perform psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, manage a caseload and collaborate with individuals, families and groups. Follow the provider manual and documentation guidelines and other clinical duties as assigned for Adult, C&A, SA population.

Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for seven years TB testing will be required upon appointment. If you have previously tested positive for TB, you will be required to bring a copy of your chest x-ray on your first day of orientation.
