Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and empathetic Psychological Evaluator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough psychological assessments for individuals involved in personal injury cases. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in trauma-focused evaluations and be capable of providing insightful and comprehensive reports. The evaluator will not be doing psychotherapy. This position is completely remote.
Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth psychological assessments for clients involved in personal injury cases. Administer and interpret psychological tests to evaluate the impact of trauma on individuals Provide evidence-based recommendations for treatment and intervention strategies. Compile detailed and comprehensive reports summarizing evaluation findings. Testify in court as an expert witness when required. Opportunities to supervise masters level staff may arise Qualifications Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.
D.) in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program. PSYPACT licensing preferred Licensing in Louisiana Experience in conducting psychological evaluations. Strong knowledge of trauma-focused assessment tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
