As a member of our CBT team, you would be joining weekly adherent CBT consultations, monthly training workshops, and our weekly research article reviews. Our program is dynamic and changing, and we work hard to provide staff support, reduce burn-out, collaborate on cases, and find ways to bring fun and innovation to our work. Our busy specialty center remains in high demand in the community and is growing to meet the need in metro west and central Massachusetts. This position is an excellent opportunity for the evidence-based professional with the requisite training, clinical expertise, and respect and sensitivity for our patients’ values and unique learning histories. MCG is a group practice that provides state of the art, evidence-based, cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavioral therapies, consultation, training, and assessment in relaxing outpatient settings. Our goal is to increase access to evidence-based care across communities, regardless of socioeconomic status, and provide measurable, data-driven results. Positions Sought One adult psychotherapist who is trained in providing Ex/RP One child/adolescent psychotherapist who is trained in providing Ex/RP Required Experience and Education Independent licensure is desired; must be licensed/license-eligible in Massachusetts Previous experience providing individual therapy with evidence-based treatments Previous experience providing Ex/RP is required for both psychotherapist positions Previous experience working with parents/families is a plus for the child/adolescent psychotherapist position Pay and Benefits Packages Professional development is an important aspect of MCG’s ethos.
