Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to support student learning and emotional well-being Develop and implement intervention strategies tailored to individual student needs Provide counseling and consultation services to students, parents, and staff Assist in developing IEPs and collaborate with special education teams Support crisis intervention and behavioral management programs Promote a positive and inclusive school environment through mental health advocacy

Qualifications:

Masters or Doctorate degree in School Psychology (required) Active School Psychologist license in Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain before the start date) Strong understanding of educational psychology, behavioral interventions, and special education processes Excellent communication and collaboration skills Why Join Us?
